The soap is no good. I really wanted to give them a chance too. First time, the soap took 3 weeks to arrive. It was a real bummer to have to constantly go back and check to make sure they didn't forget about me. Then I tried the pine tar one. Left my skin irritated and itchy. I've never had that kind of a reaction from soap before, so I just threw it away. Second time, again about a 3 week wait before it arrived, I tried the mint basil one, it was used up after a week. Same with the third bar. And what's with the square shape? Why don't they sell soap in the shape of a bar instead of trying to get me to fork over another $8, EIGHT DOLLARS, for a rubber band so I can "hold" the soap. Will not buy again.
Horrendous Business. I purchased from Australia 27 days ago and still have not received. There was a 7 day window where the package was lost. One customer service rep apologised and said they would send a new order, the next day a different rep told me that would not be happening. I asked for a refund and said not to worry about resending, they refused to give me a refund. I then asked for them to resend the package as first mentioned, the new rep refused to do that also. When I continued to ask where my package was or for any information regarding what was actually happening with my order (approx $40 AUD) the reps went silent and I have not heard anything since (about 10 days). I do not know where my package is, at this point the company has stolen my money and I can't contact the company OR the dodgy delivery company they use for any updates. The delivery company doesn't even have a contact email or phone number for anyone outside of the USA. DO NOT BUY THIS SOAP. So much regret

Absolutely love all the products I've tried so far and I will not go back to body wash, can't wait to try more scents.
Great products and the bars last a while. Everything smells good too, I wish the shampoo came in bigger bottles
Ordered their deodorant and body soap bundle and it’s been amazing so far!
Smells and feels great on your body, I can really tell the difference between store bought and this. Really good quality product in my opinion!

My first bar lasted for 6 showers, but my second bar is still fully useable after 7 showers. Just a little more consistency with a bar of soap end-of-life viability.
Excellent product and excellent service
My first order was incorrectly shipped, I emailed customer service to let them know and in less than 48 hours I had an apology with confirmation of the correct product being reshipped with no questions asked and was told to keep the incorrect order gratis. This is excellent customer service. The product is better than I was expecting, just wished the soap lasted longer
Worst company ever! It takes three weeks to get a bar of soap and I live 6 hours away—- never again!!! I gave you 2 chances Dr. Squatch, but not again
I was looking to ditch my current chemical soap regimen in favor of something more natural so after doing some research I decided to give Dr. Squatch a try. So I placed a monthly subscription order and starter kit of soap, shampoo/ conditioner and deodorant. The order took a little longer than normal to process but the sent an email to let me know then the post office was lost the package. I was thinking Oh squatch here we go time to contact dreaded customer service. I was wrong. They confirmed the package was lost filled my order as best the could and got another order out. Both packages ended up showing up and the products are awesome. I will keep ordering and spreading the word. Thanks Doc.
Absolutely love all the soaps I have tried and they make great gifts for others. My nephews fought over them at Christmas.
I sure hope when you order from Dr. Squatch you really don't care when the product arrives. You pay a premium price for HORRIBLE delivery times. I have two orders in right now - one is 30 days old - the other 18 and of course the façade of creating a label to make it appear to have shipped has been done. I may like the product once I get it but I won't ever order again!

Added a star for how the company responded and sent a replacement order that was here in two days. The product is above average.
Because my original order has still not arrived this is my final review.
Product is 4 - Customer service is 2 = 3.0 average.

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still waiting. I will NOT be ordering again. I don't care how much I like it, if I ever get to find out.
